This session goes further\, as king what neurodivergent experience can reveal abo ut the design of work itself. Drawing on concepts including person&ndash\;environment fit\, cognitiv e and social ergonomics\, monotropism\, masking an d the double empathy problem\, the talk explores h ow hidden cognitive\, social and environmental dem ands are built into everyday work &mdash\; and how they affect everyone\, not only those with a diag nosis. The central argument is that OH\, sitting a t the interface between the person\, their health\ , the job and the working environment\, is uniquel y placed to read patterns across individual cases as a form of organisational intelligence: insight that can help employers design healthier\, more su stainable and more effective work for all.
