  OH physicians\, nurses\, technicians and other cl

 elines as stated by BSA and training candidates wi
 ll acquire knowledge and skills in the following a

 paired people&nbsp\;<br />\n b. Anatomy and physio
 logy of the outer\, middle and inner ear\, with pa
 rticular reference to the effects of excessive sou
 nd on these structures&nbsp\;<br />\n c. Hygiene a
 nd disinfection\, and risks of cross-infection&nbs
 p\;<br />\n d. Safe technique for ear examination&
 nbsp\;<br />\n e. Identification of the structures
  of the outer ear and eardrum&nbsp\;<br />\n f. Co

 cupational health in 1996 setting up her own Occup
 ational Health company which specialises in noise.
  Melanie was instrumental in the 2021 changes in C
 NWR 2005 guidance and still works in the NHS part-
