 - meaning it is both integrated and multi-discipli
 nary. The session will\, using data from Occupatio
 nal Health professionals\, highlight where OH prof
 essionals stand out from other professional backgr
 ounds in terms of their wellbeing knowledge and sk
 ills\, and provide insight into where and how OH p
 rofessionals could continue to develop and embed t

 :</u><br />\n Rachel Lewis is a multi-award winnin
 g Chartered Psychologist and Registered Occupation
 al Psychologist specialising in health and wellbei
 ng at work. Rachel conducts pioneering research an
 d leads on strategy development\, risk management 
 and training and development programmes. Rachel pr
 ovides the leadership and direction for Affinity H
 ealth at Work\, as well as being a Reader in Occup
 ational Psychology at Birkbeck University of Londo
 n. Rachel is widely published in the field of heal
 th and wellbeing at work and has contributed to na
 tional guidance\, and evidence-based tools and int
 erventions. Her mission is to improve the working 
 lives of all which she works to achieve through he
 r research\, consultancy and commitment to profess
 ional development of those working within wellbein
