 er of Improve My Health\, delivering evidence-base
 d lifestyle medicine programmes to businesses and 
 communities. She teaches lifestyle medicine to GP 
 trainees and medical students while serving as an 
 assessor for the British Society of Lifestyle Medi
 cine Core Accreditation. Her approach is known for
  being clear\, compassionate and engaging\, combin
 ing clinical rigour with warmth\, humour and real-
 world relevance.</p>\n \n <p>This webinar introduc
 es the principles of lifestyle medicine and explor
 es how they can be applied practically within occu
 pational health to improve workforce wellbeing\, r
