requirements are met. The day includes a focus on
the communication and interpersonal skills that ar

th and consultation techniques\, including Dr Nerys Williams\, independent OH physician\
; Dr Clare Fernandes\, Haleon\; Carolyn Graham\, m

ainer and solicitor\; and Sharon Wilday\, consulta
nt cognitive behavioural psychotherapist.

- Set up and prepare for effective OH consultatio
ns\, and understand how to audit and improve these
