 ation can support sustainable return-to-work outco
 mes and become an integral part of future work and

 o:<br />\n &nbsp\;</strong><br />\n Louisa Spicer 
 is an independent HR consultant\, accredited workp
 lace mediator\, and Non-Executive Director of the 
 College of Mediators. A former employment lawyer a
 nd senior HR practitioner\, she specialises in com
 plex workplace issues\, including investigations\,
  grievances\, disciplinary matters\, and conflict 
 resolution. Her current focus is on how workplace 
 mediation can support sustainable returns to work 
 following mental health-related absence and contri
 bute to the objectives of the Government&#39\;s Ke
