 is the training designed for?</b><br />\n The day 
 is designed for OH professionals who have attended
  the Faculty of Occupational Medicine-approved&nbs
 p\;two-day HAVS training course. In order to under
 take statutory tier 3 or tier 4 HAVS assessments\,
  all OH professionals need to have an OH qualifica
 tion\, so this is a prerequisite. They offer two l
 evels of HAVS refresher course\, a standard course
  and an advanced. Their standard course is tailore
 d specifically for OH advisers and physicians who 
 don&rsquo\;t regularly undertake HAVS surveillance
  and will provide an in-depth update on the requir
 ements for health surveillance for a workforce exp
 osed to hand-transmitted vibration\, and in the di
 agnosis and management of an individual with HAVS.
