James brings over 20 years of clinical experience as a musculoskeletal and occupational health Physiotherapist, to the world of wellbeing. He has a Masters in Workplace Health and Wellbeing (University of Nottingham) and a Diploma in Wellbeing and Stress Management (CPCAB).
