This exclusive webinar will present the findings of a series of systematic reviews on successful actions to enhance health and wellbeing in the workplace, and emerging findings from current work on how to implement those actions in practice.

Kevin Daniels is Professor of Organisational Behaviour in the Employment Systems and Institutions Group at the University of East Anglia. He is lead for the Economic and Social Research Council funded Work, Learning and Wellbeing evidence programme of the What Works Centre for Wellbeing. Kevin’s main research interests are in the areas of job design and job quality, and their relationships with wellbeing, health and safety. As well as ESRC funded work, Kevin has researched these issues on projects funded by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council, Health and Safety Executive and the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health amongst others. He is series co-editor for Springer’s Handbook Series in Occupational Health Sciences.
