Victoria Lawrence, Managing Director, Germains Seed Technology

Victoria started her career at Lloyds TSB, working in commercial strategy, branch management and international trade finance. She joined the Boston Consulting Group in 2007 and then in 2012 she joined Associated British Foods in the Agricultural Division, AB Agri, as strategy manager. In 2014, Victoria began the role of Managing Director of Aunir, AB Agri’s NIR (Near InfraRed) business which carried out quality assurance and analysis for feed and food across ABF and external companies.  In 2018, Victoria started her present role as Managing Director of Germains Seed Technology.   She is responsible for the overall success of the global business, which extends across the UK, the Netherlands, Spain and the USA.
