Save the date for the Society of Occupational Medicine (SOM) / Faculty of Occupational Medicine (FOM) conference 'Occupational Health 2020', 8th-10th June in Edinburgh.

Join us for our annual scientific conference for occupational health professionals. To be staged at the prestigious Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, the 2020 Conference promises to again attract a multidisciplinary audience of around 300 participants.

CPD accredited by FOM, the programme will feature a wide range of themes and offer delegates a busy mix of keynote lectures, parallel sessions led by experts and the opportunities to give oral and poster presentations. With an optional social event each evening and a line-up of workplace visits on 8th June, this Conference offers numerous unique educational and networking opportunities.

Participants from 2019 said:

“It was an excellent conference - really useful subjects, great variety and excellent speakers. The workplace visits were a real bonus.”

“I appreciate the opportunities to meet others while learning and updating current topics. Also love the research sessions with posters and presentations.”

The Call for Abstracts is now openSubmissions are peer reviewed and an exciting new feature this year is that accepted abstracts will be published in Occupational Medicine - the official journal of SOM.

The programme, online booking and hotel information will be launched in January 2020. We recommend early booking because this event may sell out.

An exhibition will take place alongside the Conference and any organisation interested in exhibiting should contact Rebecca Lawrence-Bristol at oh@indexcommunications.com
