An opportunity has arisen for a full-time enthusiastic and motivated NMC registered Occupational Health Business Partner to join British Airways Health Services.

Based at Waterside, British Airways Head Office close to Heathrow, you will play an integral part in the provision of a proactive occupational health service that meets the demands of a fast-moving business environment, to support the health and well-being of colleagues across British Airways.  You will be part of a dynamic, multi-specialist British Airways Health Services team, working closely with OH Physicians and health services management. 

Heading a team of Occupational Health Advisors, you will provide clinical leadership in case management and workplace assessments. Outward facing to the business, you will also be the interface between management in various business areas and British Airways Health Services, ensuring that their service meets the needs of the business.

You must have strong organizational, communication and leadership skills, plus the ability to multi-task in a busy environment. The ability to work and travel flexibly as well as adapting to change is essential.

Applicant must be a Part 3 NMC Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years managerial experience in occupational health, together with preceding experience as an occupational health advisor providing case management and workplace assessments.  A degree level qualification in occupational health and previous experience in aviation would be advantageous.
