Organisations that achieve sustainable approaches to workplace wellbeing do so through evolving their practices by listening to the wellbeing concerns of their employees and responding appropriately with genuine concern for employees. These organisations engage in continual improvement to embed wellbeing as part of the organisation’s culture.

The sustainable approach to wellbeing supports people return to work after sickness absence, stay in work when suffering from chronic conditions and protects wellbeing.

In this webinar, Professor Kevin Daniels will cover how organisations:

-    Establish a business case for workplace wellbeing;

-    Evolve their practices for workplace wellbeing;

-    Negotiate conflicts and trade-offs with other organisational practices.

-    He will also introduce a free-to-use and evidence-based toolkit that helps organisations embed workplace wellbeing programmes.

Professor Kevin Daniels leads the Workplace Wellbeing Research Team at the University of East Anglia. Collaborating with RAND Europe and funded by the Economic and Social Research Council, the Team developed the Evolve Workplace Wellbeing Toolkit. An occupational psychologist by training, Kevin has over 30 years’ experience in the areas of workplace wellbeing, health and safety.

Chair: Jonathan Gawthrop, Executive Director for EMCOR UK.
