What will be covered:

Business Disability Forum’s research, The Great Big Workplace Adjustments Survey, looks at the experience of requesting, discussing, and getting workplace adjustments from a range of different perspectives – employees, line managers, inclusion and workplace adjustments managers, senior leaders, and CEOs.

In this webinar, Angela Matthews, Head of Policy and Research at Business Disability Forum, who leads this research, will share findings from the 2023 survey and share insights on the following:

-    How well do disabled employees and their managers feel occupational health is supporting them within the workplace adjustments  experience?

-    What is the overall level of stress and wellbeing of disabled employees in UK workplaces today?

-    What impacts the health and wellbeing of disabled employees at work?

-    How do could employers improve workplace health and wellbeing for disabled employees?

You can find more information on The Great Big Workplace Adjustments Survey and read the 2019 findings here.
