A five-day virtual course designed to train OH practitioners, and allied health professionals, in the effective delivery of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) skills and techniques. This highly practical qualification will equip you with the skills and understanding to apply CBT to the workplace management of common mental health problems, in order to increase staff retention and promote return to work from long-term sickness absence in a cost-effective way. The At Work Partnership have trained hundreds of occupational health professionals working in the private sector, and in the NHS and other parts of the public sector in this area.

Expert tutors

The course is led by Alan Dovey, Sharon Wilday and Paul Anthony who bring many years of lecturing experience to the course as well as extensive knowledge of using CBT in an occupational health setting.

- Alan Dovey is a consultant cognitive behavioural psychotherapist and honorary clinical lecturer at the University of Liverpool

- Sharon Wilday is a consultant cognitive behavioural psychotherapist and honorary clinical lecturer at the University of Birmingham

- Paul Anthony is a cognitive behavioural therapist psychotherapist/Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) therapist at Working Minds UK
