Speaker Bio: Jason Hodgkiss, BOHS Honorary Treasurer, Specialist Member of the Faculty of Occupational Hygiene (MFOH(S), Managing Director On Advice Limited
Jason is a Qualified Occupational Hygienist with a specialist interest in Asbestos.
He is currently a member of the BOHS International Engagement Group, a Trustee of the UK Branch of Workplace Health Without Borders (WHWB-UK), and on the advisory committee and communications team for Occupational Hygiene Training Association (OHTA).
Jason has been the Occupational Hygienist on one of the largest construction projects happening in the UK, hopefully making a difference on the ground, and encouraging the Construction Industry contractors to focus, to a greater extent, on worker health protection. His challenge is to at least get ‘Health’ equal billing to the more immediate and obvious ‘Safety’ in the ‘Health and Safety’ equation.”
