Sarah Gashier is an experienced Workplace Wellbeing expert, qualified in public health, dedicated to fostering compassionate cultures in organisations. With a background in Public Health Nutrition, Sarah has implemented initiatives across diverse workplaces, from prestigious institutions like the House of Commons to renowned companies such as the Royal Albert Hall.

Sarah's journey is marked by both professional expertise and personal resilience. Navigating a disability has taught her the importance of empathy and compassion in the workplace. Drawing from her experiences, Sarah advocates for fostering resilience and compassion to create supportive work environments where employees can thrive.

In her work, Sarah emphasises a holistic approach, integrating evidence-based strategies with empathy to promote workplace wellbeing. She believes that cultivating a culture of compassion is essential for unlocking employee potential and fostering thriving organisations.

Sarah's efforts in improving Workplace Wellbeing have earned recognition, including being shortlisted for the True Leader in Wellbeing Award. Her contributions to workplace wellbeing have also been acknowledged by the Mayor of London, particularly through her involvement in the London Healthy Workplace Award.
