Dr Jason Lee, University of Singapore 
Title: ‘The Impact of Rising Temperatures on Workers’ Health, Productivity, and Safety’
Jason Lee is an Associate Professor at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. He directs the Heat Resilience and Performance Centre and co-leads the Human Potential Translational Research Programme. He studies the physiological demands associated with passive and exertional heat stress and how humans adapt to ensure optimum performance and survival. Jason was the past chair for the Scientific Committee on Thermal Factors at the International Commission on Occupational Health (2018 to 2024). He currently co-chairs the Heat Injury Clinical Practice Guidelines at the Ministry of Health, Singapore. He is on the management committee at the WHO-WMO Global Heat Health Information Network (GHHIN) and leads the GHHIN Southeast Asia Hub to scale up efforts in managing the complex health risks posed by rising ambient temperatures. Jason is a member of the Expert Advisory Group at the Rockefeller Foundation.

Title: The Occupational and Environmental Costs of Climate Change: A Call to Action
Dr. Rupali Das is Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Division of Occupational, Environmental, and Climate Medicine, University of California, San Francisco, and Senior Vice President and Medical Director at Zenith Insurance Company. She provides clinical consultation for preventing, diagnosing, treating heat-related illness in workers and is a sought-after speaker on a variety of occupational and environmental health topics, including climate change and heat-related illness. She is a Fellow of American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM), a member of the ACOEM Board of Directors, member of its International Strategic Plan Task Force, and co-author of ACOEM’s 2021 guidance statement on proposed mitigation and adaptation strategies related to climate change. Dr. Das has held numerous leadership roles with the California state government, including the Department of Industrial Relations, Department of Public Health and California Environmental Protection Agency. 

Peter Walsh, Senior Director, Sustainability and ESG Digital Solutions
Title: Climate Change: How can organisations predict, manage and mitigate the impact of climate change.
Peter is a sustainability professional with 30 years experience in environmental management, data management and reporting and ESG disclosures. He has extensive experience in helping companies derive business value from sound sustainability practice through the use of technology solutions. He has worked on all aspects from front-line environmental and social impact assessments, to corporate strategy, and is currently focused on helping companies use data and systems to address the current sustainability and climate crisis.
