Summary of webinar:
This session will introduce the new Professional Framework for Workplace Wellbeing. This is the first professional framework for wellbeing practitioners which has been developed through academically rigorous methodology and in partnership with multiple disciplines and institutions (including SOM, CIPD, HSE and IOSH) - meaning it is both integrated and multi-disciplinary. The session will, using data from Occupational Health professionals, highlight where OH professionals stand out from other professional backgrounds in terms of their wellbeing knowledge and skills, and provide insight into where and how OH professionals could continue to develop and embed their wellbeing practice.
