FREE for ALL

Description of the session:

UK GDPR and associated UK data privacy legislation is often considered a headache for a number of data controllers (senior leadership teams), as it is complex and vast in scope, especially with regard to such topics as diversity in the workplace. This webinar, delivered by certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO) Chris Burn of CSRB Limited, will outline the responsibilities data controllers have with regards to diversity personal data and the implications these data sets have for the organisation. We will look at the legislation, best practice guidance from the regulator, and the risks associated with diversity data. Chris will then outline some simple and effective takeaways that you can implement in your organisation, that will minimise risk and ensure maximum protection for fellow data subjects.
