Are Fit Notes Fit for Purpose?
Fitness for Work and Workplace Inclusion: A Changing Landscape

Fit notes remain a topical issue as expectations of work, health and disability continue to change. This webinar will explore how the purpose of the fit note is evolving, the respective roles of GPs, occupational health, employers and HR, and how we can better support people with disabilities to enter and remain in work. The panel will also consider how other countries approach sickness certification, including recent employment law changes in Germany, and discuss what lessons the UK might learn from different international models.
