Dr Rae Chang is a Consultant Occupational Physician with international experience in military, airline and air traffic control medicine. She is Chief Medical Officer for NATS leading an in-house team providing occupational and aviation medical advice for employees in the UK, Gibraltar and internationally. 

In 2021 Dr Chang joined the SOM Board as Honorary Secretary.
