Neurodiversity as a concept and a word is becoming part of everyday parlance. However its relationship with disability and the medical model can sometimes be confusing.  Occupational health teams are often asked to advise, having little or no knowledge or experience in hidden disabilities.

As diagnostic rates rise and people increasingly self-diagnose, workplaces are struggling to understand the similarities, differences, challenges and benefits of the neurologically different brain.

Cheryl has spent over 20 years coaching leaders and teams in the workplace, mainly in financial services. Over the last 9 years she has worked specifically with neurodiversity.
