Job title: Occupational Health Nurse Manager
Salary: £52,413 - £57,461 (pro-rata if 30 hours)
Hours: Option for 30 or 37 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the way: Play a key role in the development and delivery of the overall strategy for the Occupational Health Department.
- Provide expert advice: Offer advice and guidance to managers and employees to support attendance and wellbeing at work.
- Manage complex cases: Triage referrals and manage your own caseload.
- Collaborate and contribute: Work closely with colleagues and participate in case conferences and meetings.
- Drive wellbeing initiatives and awareness: Develop and promote strategies to boost employee health and wellbeing.
- Analysis and governance: Analyse data and trends to inform decision making and drive performance improvements.
