Salary: £85,000 - £90,000 dependent on experience, plus bonus and other benefits

EDF Energy have a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Health Manager, a high profile management role, primarily focussed on assisting with the clinical scoping, establishing and then leading the Sizewell C Occupational Health, Hygiene, Wellbeing and Medical Emergency Response team and facilities to provide best practice, efficient and evidence based occupational health and treatment services to managers, employees and contractors on the SZC Project.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of current health and safety legislation relevant to Occupational Health, and delivering and implementing Occupational Health improvement programmes working in a leadership role. You must hold a postgraduate qualification in Accident and Emergency, or alternatively have established experience working in A&E. It's important that you’re registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (Part 1), an experienced clinical leader and manager, and have proven experience of managing external suppliers. You must have a UK Driving Licence. Other key things EDF Energy will be looking for will be an occupational health qualification, and knowledge of construction industry health management requirements. Additionally, EDF Energy will be looking for you to have the ability to lead, manage and audit external Occupational Health and Drug & Alcohol service providers.
