They provide a wide range of services, including management referrals, health surveillance, safety-critical medicals, pre-placement assessments, wellbeing support, and workplace health initiatives across a diverse client base.

The Role
The successful candidate can choose to undertake a varied role which could include some of the following:
- Management referrals and case management.
- Health surveillance, including audiometry, spirometry, HAVS, and skin assessments.
- Pre-placement questionnaires and fitness-for-work assessments.
- Safety-critical medicals.
- Workplace wellbeing initiatives and health promotion activities.
- Liaison with managers, HR teams, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provision of evidence-based occupational health advice and reports.

About You
They are looking for an Occupational Health Advisor who:
- Is a Registered General Nurse with an SCPHN (Occupational Health) qualification, or an experienced Occupational Health Advisor working towards qualification.
- Has experience delivering case management and management referrals.
- Enjoys building positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Values high-quality, evidence-based practice.
- Is confident working autonomously while also being part of a supportive team.
- Has excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Is keen to contribute ideas and help shape the future of a growing organisation.
- Lives within reasonable travelling distance of Brighton.
