Lexxic, Associates - Coaches & Psychologists/Chartered Occupational Psychologists

Lexxic is a specialist psychological consultancy focussing on neurodiversity in the workplace. As part of Lexxic’s next stage of development, they are excited to be recruiting for Associates across the UK and Ireland.

You will be an ambassador for Lexxic for many of the most progressive companies in the UK, as well as playing a critical role in delivering innovative services that build upon Lexxic’s culture and reinforce their values. 

Associate Occupational Psychologist and/or Chartered Psychologist

You will be a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, registered with the HCPC, or working towards this. You will have experience of assessing individuals for specific learning difficulties/neurodifferences, such as Dyslexia and Dyspraxia (DCD), and/or experience of delivering training/coaching (one to one and/or groups). You will have strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and organisation and planning skills. 

Working hours: Flexible. Place of work: Regional dependent upon your geographic location.

Associate Coach

You will be required to conduct coaching with our clients, either on site at their place of work, or online via video conferencing (such as Zoom). Ideally, you will have experience of working one to one with clients delivering coaching. You would be provided with inhouse materials to deliver this coaching on various topics, from reading strategies to confidence building.
