Role Overview
Due to exciting growth of the business, Medmark is interested in hearing from occupational health doctors who may be interested in joining their team, they have a national network of surgeries where the full range of OH services are provided, delivered by a multidisciplinary team of occupational physicians, occupational health advisers and administrative support. In this instance they wish to recruit a Healthcare Lead, ideally an experienced physician who has already worked in the healthcare sector. 

What You Will Do:
- Support the development of optimal service delivery to their healthcare clients
- Develop best in class policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality services
- Forster relationships between Medmark and their healthcare clients
- Establish clear SLAs in respect to the services they offer and their role in the organisation
- Attend on-site OH clinics
- Conduct and supervise a range of fitness assessments including pre-employment and fitness to work
- Report on fitness to work for standard and specialised roles
- Make recommendations on patients return to work capability
- Support immunization, health surveillance and wellness programmes

What You Will Need:
- MFOM/FFOM
- Experience in the healthcare sector
- Recognised specialist in Occupational Medicine
- Interested candidates currently outside Ireland will need an appropriate work permit and IMC registration.
