Occupational Health Tender – De Jure Chambers, Consultant Occupational Physician (MFOM/FFOM)
Role: Consultant Occupational Physician (MFOM/FFOM)
Purpose: To prepare a CPR Part 35–style civil expert report assessing capacity for “own occupation” and “any suited occupation,” addressing reliability, sustainability, reasonable adjustments, and integration of cardiac (pericarditis) and psychiatric (mixed anxiety & depressive disorder) evidence.
Scope and Deliverables:
• Conduct a remote video interview within 10–14 days of instruction.
• Review a targeted documentation bundle (role/demands, timeline & GIP context, recent cardiology
& psychiatry letters, and impact statement).
• Prepare a CPR 35–compliant report within 10 working days of interview completion.
• Identify if full GP/hospital records are required after triage (only if clinically necessary).
Requirements:
• Consultant-level MFOM/FFOM occupational physician.
• No current/recent OH provision to AstraZeneca, Eversheds Sutherland, or Generali (to avoid
conflicts of interest).
• Experience in complex capacity assessment integrating physical and psychological comorbidities.
• Ability to provide fixed or capped fees (any uplift only with prior written approval).
Timetable:
• Target closing date for expert submissions: Tuesday 18 November 2025.
• Shortlisting and instruction expected immediately after closing.
Fees: Fixed or capped fee preferred; uplift by prior agreement only.
