Hours: 37.5 per week (part-time hours considered)

Salary: Circa £50,000 p.a. (dependent on experience)

Location: Belfast (hybrid working options available)

- Qualifications: Registered Nurse with recent experience in leading and delivering Occupational Health services.

- Communication Skills: Strong communicator adept at managing a team and ensuring sound clinical decisions.

- Professional Development: Willingness to pursue the Specialist Community Public Health Nurse Occupational Health qualification.

Essential Criteria:

- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin (no restrictions).

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Occupational Health setting.

- Commitment to undertaking the Specialist Community Public Health Nurse Occupational Health qualification.

- Proven competency across the full spectrum of Occupational Health services.

- Demonstrable case management experience with strong decision-making skills.

- Experience managing staff.

- Advanced administrative and IT skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Occupational Health related courses.

- Teaching and/or assessing qualifications.
