Spire Occupational Health (Spire OH) is seeking a competent, enthusiastic and detail-orientated OHP Clinical Lead to join their growing team!

In this role, you will provide clear and effective clinical leadership across the OHP services, ensuring the delivery of safe, high quality care and best practice. You will play a key role in driving clinical excellence, shaping policy development and strengthening their clinical governance framework.

Essential Requirements:

•    Qualified and experienced Occupational Health Physician (MFOM).
•    General Medical Licence Registration (GMC).
•    Minimum three years’ experience in occupational health and safety‑critical referrals.

Key Responsibilities: 

•    Provide senior clinical leadership, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality occupational health services across the OHP network.
•    Support with ongoing development of clinical standards and policies across the company.
•    Undertake clinical duties as required, including case management, Health surveillance escalations etc. 
•    Maintain high standards of clinical practice.
•    Act as a role model for clinical excellence for the OHP Team.
•    Support clinical governance strategies and processes.
