Part Time: 21.9 Hours per week (60%FTE)
You will be expected to provide consultant support for a range of occupational health services to a higher education establishment. This includes providing advice on: complex management referrals and ill health retirement cases, fitness to study cases, concerns raised during health surveillance and overseeing standing orders for the travel medicine clinic.
The post is 0.6FTE three days per week, with the expectation that the work would be undertaken on site based in a new purpose built space on Grays Inn Road, a short walk from Russell Square, Chancery Lane and are close to Kings Cross.
You are required to be on the GMC Specialist Register or within six months of your expected date of receipt of a CCT at the time of interview. You must have demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking in English that enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues, as set out in the GMC’s Good Medical Practice (2013).
