This permanent post is available immediately. University of Exeter are ideally looking for someone on a full-time basis but please contact them if you are looking for part-time as they may be able to accommodate a minimum of 4 days a week.
The role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – working from home and on campus. There is an expectation that work will be undertaken on the Exeter and Cornwall Campuses when required. Role Overview
Would you like the opportunity to join an expert team as an Occupational Health Advisor (OHA)? As an OHA, you will provide exceptional OH and disability advice and guidance, advising managers and staff at both the Exeter and Cornwall campuses. The main elements of the role include; advising new starters, complex case management, workplace assessment, health surveillance, and advising on health and wellbeing and staff health policy and procedure. The role will have a lead in the management of disability cases.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
You must be a Registered General Nurse having a degree level (or equivalent) post registration qualification in Occupational Health (currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, Part 1. They are a nurse led service with regular clinical guidance from their appointed Occupational Physician.
