Hours: Full time or Part-time, Hybrid working.

Workforce Wellbeing is a multidisciplinary occupational health company led by accredited FFOM and MFOM Consultants. Founded in South Wales in 2011, they now deliver quality OH services to over 200,000 employees across the NHS, Fire and Rescue Services, Local Authorities, Higher Education institutions, and a wide range of private sector organisations nationally.

They are currently recruiting for three roles. All positions are flexible on full-time or part-time basis, and they actively support continuous professional development.

Role 1: Occupational Health Physician - East Midlands
Workforce Wellbeing Ltd are looking for an Occupational Health Physician to join their growing clinical team, primarily serving clients across the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity whether you are a Diploma-level Physician looking to develop your career, a doctor wishing to pursue the CESR (Certificate of Eligibility for Specialist Registration) route, or an accredited Specialist seeking a new challenge.

Role 2: Occupational Health Physician - Cardiff, South Wales
This is an identical role to Role 1 above, based at their Cardiff hub. It offers the same opportunity for career development, CESR training support, and integration into their senior clinical team. Cardiff is their heartland where they have built strong, long-standing client relationships across the public and private sectors in Wales.

Role 3: Occupational Health Adviser (Nurse) - Cardiff, South Wales
Workforce Wellbeing are looking for an Occupational Health Adviser (Nurse) to join their Cardiff-based team. They welcome applications from nurses who are already qualified in occupational health (SCPHN OH) and from experienced registered nurses who are looking to specialise - (they can provide full training and support your qualification challenge).
