Location: Hybrid working, with remote clinics from home and at customer sites across South Wales.
Workforce Wellbeing Ltd is a multidisciplinary occupational health company led by accredited occupational health physicians. Workforce Wellbeing Ltd originated in South Wales and the Southwest of England in 2011 and now provide quality occupational health services, primarily OHP services, to a number of private and public sector organisations including the NHS, Fire and Rescue Services, Local Authorities and Higher Education institutions nationally.
Workforce Wellbeing Ltd are seeking to recruit a full time/part time Occupational Health Physician (OHP) to join their friendly clinical team.They would welcome applications from Diploma-level Physicians motivated to develop their career in Occupational Medicine as well as those OHPs wishing to advance their training through the CESR route. Interest from Accredited Specialists is also welcomed. There are excellent opportunities for continuous professional development, with encouragement and support provided for those wishing to progress their skills and attain additional qualifications.

Requirements for the role:
- GMC registration with a valid licence to practise.
- DOccMed or higher.
- Full driving licence.
- Experience in telephone/video-based consultations.
- Self-motivated individual with an eye for detail, dedication to quality and desire to make a positive difference to their team.
- Team player with excellent communication & ICT Skills.
- Commitment to maintaining CPD and assisting in internal audit.
