Owen Bubbers-Jones is a highly experienced workplace mediator, trainer and consultant, having worked extensively with NHS Trusts, universities, British government departments and FTSE100 financial services organisations, amongst other sectors. Previously, he was the Acting Managing Director of The TCM Group, one of the UK’s leading conflict management consultancies. Owen has facilitated 40+ two-party and multi-party mediations to date, with responsibility for the full training life-cycle i.e. design, delivery and aftercare of bespoke, on-site training programs including mediation, leadership development, negotiation and managing difficult conversations. Owen’s strategic consultancy experience includes supporting organisations to develop and implement comprehensive mediation systems; conflict management audits and conflict mapping exercises, all with the goal of strengthening employee engagement and organisational cohesion.
