Cordell Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Health Nurse to clinically lead its student screening programmes and proactively manage its collaboration with NHS partners. The role will be home-based and client sites in the area, on a full time basis.

Who Cordell Health is looking for - Committed to excellence and dedicated to providing exceptional care to clients, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively providing clinical leadership to the student screening team. You will need to be able to work independently and take initiative, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring high-quality care is delivered by the team. You must be a Registered Nurse experienced in delivery of healthcare worker and/or student screening within the healthcare sector. You should have skills, experience or potential to provide clinical leadership to Cordell Health's screening programmes and manage staff in a supportive and effective manner to ensure efficient and high quality delivery of services. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to develop the service delivery model within student screening and develop relationships with NHS partners. You will be supported by a multidisciplinary team of experienced occupational health professionals, who share your passion for delivering health and wellbeing to clients.

Purpose of the Role - To provide occupational health clinical leadership and high quality service provision of the Cordell Health student screening programmes. Account manage and ensure adequate clinical resource for the contracts with NHS partners. Cordell Health offer home working in this role with travel to clinic locations and client sites as needed for assurance of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities - In this role, you will be required:

- To ensure delivery of quality student screening services to Cordell Health policies and procedures in line with HEOPS guidance, DHSC policy and support the wider account management team to develop client relationship processes.

- To oversee the account management of Cordell Health’s clients within the NHS sector.

- To provide supervision and clinical support with clinical delivery where needed of student screening activities.

- To ensure student screening services meet the requirement of delivery of safe, effective, efficient, economical and ethical clinical services in line with SEQOHS standards.
