What you'll be doing.
As LNER Health and Wellbeing SEQOHS project Lead you will be responsible for the delivery of the SEQOHS accreditation for the Health and Wellbeing department at LNER. This will involve being responsible for creating a comprehensive suite of legally compliant, evidence-based work instructions and guidelines for clinical staff and also working closely with the lead team to gain SEQOHS accreditation.
You will also be involved in;
- Reviewing internal processes and working with the team to revise and streamline H&W processes.
- Supporting the implementation of a new Occupational Health software system, working collaboratively with the project lead and the entire H&W team.
- Developing a time bound project plan for achieving SEQOHS accreditation with clear measurable milestones.
- Working closely with the H&W team to ensure a full understanding of the H&W service at LNER.
- Working with the H&W team to write appropriate and consistent protocols and processes.
- Creating a library of relevant protocols and processes with clear document management.
- Acting as main contact for SEQOHS accreditation application and lead the process of obtaining accreditation.
What you'll need:
To be successful, LNER are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following;
- A registered nurse with post graduate qualification in Occupational or Public Health (essential).
- Experience of delivering or supporting SEQOHS accreditation in an Occupational Health setting.
- Experience of delivering change in an Occupational Health environment.
- Strategic thinker, ability to translate general needs and goals into a clear road map to meet them.
- Proven project management experience and delivery to timescale and experience of risk identification and mitigation.
- Experienced in systems and process improvement.
- Experience of delivering H&W business change.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Leadership skills, used to working with people to effect change and ensure it is embedded in business as usual.
- Experience of Cohort and other Occupational Health software systems (desirable).
- Knowledge of Occupational Health databases (desirable).
